How does the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) work?
Most families are eligible for a subsidy toward their fees based on income and activity level. Use our CCS calculator or ask our team — we're happy to walk you through what to expect.
What do I need to bring on my child's first day?
A labelled bag with spare clothes, a sun hat and water bottle. We provide meals, nappies and bedding — your educator will send a full checklist once enrolled.
How do you handle allergies and dietary needs?
We work closely with families to manage allergies and dietary requirements, with individual care plans and close communication with our kitchen team.
Can I come in and settle my child gradually?
Absolutely. We tailor a settling-in plan for every family — as many visits as your child needs before their first full day.
